Never forget suncream when you go outside
How important suncream is I do know now being 36 years old.
As soon as I don’t use suncream in the sun, I do get pigmentation spots. I also do wear a hat when I go into the sun.
It may sound boring but your skin will show with age if you protect your skin or not.
Make sure you never burn as otherwise all the expensive anti-aging serums, moisturizers and masks nearly won’t make a difference anymore.
